It's Caitlin's tea time and all was going well until Daddy styled her hair …

As the weather was nice today we went for a walk at Brimham rocks rather than heading over to Nottingham and the National Student Rodeo. We even finally got around to joining the National Trust. 

I am trying to play with HDR photography at the moment but not having a lot of success! Here are a few standard photos from the day (A few of these may get HDRed at some point.)

For some strange and unknown reason I have entered the Great North Run again.

Not only have I entered for 2010 I have signed up for a guaranteed place for 2010, 2011 and 2012! So does this mean I am a convert to running, well no … I still don't like it and it still isn't fun (no really it isn't) but having spent 3 months laid up not being able to do anything I now have some weight to drop and fitness to get back so that I can do the things I do enjoy like riding my bike and paddling my boat. So anyway the aim before 2012 is to get a sub 2hr half marathon done and then I really can hang up my running shoes for good! 

So as soon as my butt is healed properly it'll by trainers on, iPod in and off we go for some proper training. 

So I have decided to try this blogging thing again. The way I see it most of you probably don’t really want to read about the in’s and out’s of my life, but some of you might. There may even be some useful stuff on here at some point … anyway enjoy!
